The HR Assistant for Recruitment is responsible for providing support to the different departments for their manpower needs. The incumbent is in charge of sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates in order to provide the right number of manpower with the right skills at the right time.
Monitors contract expiry date of employees and advises concerned department heads of such for implementation of necessary employee movements; proactively work with managers regarding potential extensions when agreed end date approaches
